Sounds like a bit of a mess but I can see it growing to become a bit of a jam over time.

The instrumental sounds like a mix between Rockabye and Trumpets, sounds quite festive (hence the 'star' theme). Nice little song though and two big names could see it do well chart-wise. Doesn't sound like a smash though.
