Posted October 8, 200618 yr Rolling stone.com Holy Eff! Guns N’ Roses’ “Chinese Democracy†Out November 21st? From the annals of We’ll Believe It When We See It: A friend of ours with a retail source has told us that the long awaited Guns N’ Roses album, Chinese Democracy, has gotten a firm release date of November 21st. Under normal circumstances we’d laugh at such an assertion — after all, this album has reportedly cost more than $13 million and has been “due out†since 1998. But whenever somebody has actually managed to get Axl to speak in the past few months, he’s said it’s coming out before the end of the year. Plus, there was that G n’ R tour announcement the other day that alluded to a release date some time in the next two months. Also November 2005 saw the release out of nowhere of the first album in 12 years by legendary British female singer/songwriter Kate Bush. Dare to dream, folks. Dare to dream. Obviously the UK release (if true) would be November 20th, the same day as U2 & Oasis' Best Ofs; Are any of you interested in a new GNR album after all this time?

October 9, 200618 yr Do we care...? Like it's ever gonna recoup its production costs.....
October 9, 200618 yr If was the original line up then yes I would be interested -_- I probably would be too, but that's about as likely as The Beatles' original line-up reforming.....
October 10, 200618 yr if it does get released do you think it will have good first week sales? A good many of the 'old-skool fans' will probably buy it. It'll probably do okay sales, but no way is it gonna actually get back its production and marketing costs, it would have to sell about 13 million, and frankly I doubt 13 million people in the world still give a $h!t about G 'n' R.....
