Despite the terrible share, The Queen did quite nicely for ITV I think. The news rated well too, possibly because One Love Manchester overan.

June 5, 20178 yr Not great for Doctor Who on Saturday but I can't say it was unexpected against BGT! I was one of those who watched it on catch-up later after all. Should be back on the up next week. Fantastic ratings for One Love Manchester
June 5, 20178 yr Author That's the best rating for BBC News since 2012; I'm currently in the process of typing up the best BBC News ratings of that year.
June 5, 20178 yr Wonderful ratings for One Love Manchester. Those ratings are very hard to achieve nowadays.

June 6, 20178 yr Big Brother Launch got 1.32m (6.7%) last night, down 280,000 on last year. Obviously it faced tougher competition this year, with it's more awkward start time that went against Corrie and later the much hyped launch of Love Island. Love Island got 1.25m (6.5%), an increase on 700,000 for last year and 400,000 for the first series. Definitely expected after all the buzz of last year's series, time will tell as to whether it will maintain the high figures. Additional figures show that 180,000 people watched at least 50% of BOTH shows last night. Big Brother peaked at 1.7m, averaged 350,000 in 16-24 bracked. Love Island peaked at 1.5m, averaged 650,000 in 16-24 bracket. (figures including +1) excluding: Big Brother: 1.23m, Love Island: 1.16m

June 8, 20178 yr I suspect Channel 4 will be disappointed with that and it doesn't leave much space to drop either.
