If we do get access to how the charts would have looked under 100:1 then this is the place to compare the changes to 150:1.

Sorry to bring this back up but is there anyway to find out how this week's top 40 would have looked under the old 100:1 ratio?
Not unless we get given sales/streaming ratios for the week's sales, which doesn't often happen

Actually, for this week alone that's not true, if my assumption that the difference between the weekly chart & YTD chart is due to the ratio change :

the addition/subtraction signifies the number of places it gained or lost officially due to the new ratio.

 

interestingly, the top 40 has the exact same 40 songs in it, so there is not a lot of actual change being made.
