Oh dear, that Jedward comeback did no favours there.

'One Wish'

Throws me back to when RnB was good and not blending into dance music!

I remember another song around that time that I was obsessed with too! Houston - Ain't Nothing Wrong! I doubt many people here will remember that though </3

Anyone know where XFs Eoghan Quigg is these days?? Saw him playing football in the Irish cup on Saturday 😂😂😂

Talented guy to be playing at intermediate level though against an Irish Premiership team!!

I knew that Ed held the top 2 places, but it wasn't until I checked Kworb that I found out just how *far* ahead he is! :o

Astonishing! He is the man of the moment! Very glad its someone like Ed too; nice, humble, talented, not your predictable pop star, writes, plays - ticks all the boxes really and is representing Britain worldwide which is always great to see!

Ed Sheeran has such a wide appeal, it's amazing really! Something for everybody.

Didn't realise what song that Peter Sarstedt one was until I listened - must be one of the greatest number 1s ever!

Haven't you just answered your own question? ;)

 58. Dua Lipa - Be the One

Any reason for this taking off all of a sudden? Not that I'm complaining, though, Dua kind of NEEDS this to do well in order to save her mess of an era from resulting in a flop album :,)

Mess of an era? She's only had one and it's the era that helped her breakthrough? Also she never was gonna be a big albums artist - even if Be The One becomes a UK hit.

The era has been a mess. The singles choices have been alright but the fact we know nearly the entire album weeks away from release is a complete failiure on the labels part and practically defeats the object of an album.

She's the new Marina! Blog and forum pop sweetheart, but not really connecting to the extent the label want her to with the casual members of the public!

Incidentally I've always found Dua Lipa's music to be very Marina & The Diamonds.

I wouldn't say Dua's album campaign is a mess, I think a lot of artists tend to release numerous singles before their debut album these days (Years & Years had five pre-album singles and a couple of instant grats I believe, out of a 13 track album). Hotter Than Hell was a big hit and Mwah was a decent sized hit too, so I think she's doing perfectly fine for now?
I do hope she does a bit of promo. Her team should splash out for like Graham Norton performance or something, I'd do wonders for her and gain her a whole new audience. Remember what that did for Christine.
