Only new film at my local cinema this week so guess I'll be seeing it. It looks kinda boring and never picked up any awards steam in the end despite being picked up by the prestigious Weinstein Company so will probably be kinda bad. Plus I don't like Matthew McConaughey much but eh, it'll be something to watch I guess :lol:

Yeah, I thought this was kinda rubbish. There wasn't anything necessarily bad about it but it was just so mediocre that all I could think about was what I was gonna snack on when I got home. Bryce Dallas-Howard was about the only likable character and I guess the end when you find out

that the gold wasn't real

was an interesting reveal but there was far too little going in the middle with not much at all to keep me interested :(
