Well there's loads of rumours flying about, about just who might die, but i'm not sure there's that much truth in them all. For all we know the deaths could be characters like Marvin Wicke (or whatever other name he goes by), whom we have no idea whether they're dead or alive. :lol:

 

I don't want Charlie to die, but ever since the beginning of season 2, his flashbacks have been poor and his character isn't that interesting anymore.

I think the deaths will be:

Jack (at least I hope)

Charlie (obv)

Ben (I hope not)

Rose and Bernard

As much as I want Jack to die, I doubt he will. He's the lead actor and I can imagine ABC not being to best pleased if he died. I've a feeling the finale of Season 3, is gonna totally change Jack character wise.

So then...:o Is Locke dead? :o :o :o :o :o

 

I know there's healing powers, but it didn't heal Shannon when she got shot and Locke looked pretty dead to me. :o

 

The Jacob stuff was brilliant too. I though Ben was loopy to begin with, but it seems he wasn't and he certainly wasn't expecting Locke to be able to hear him...That's gonna be a huge part of Season 4 I think and I definitley think now there's some time thing on the island. Richard hasn't aged much at all from the time Ben was a little boy to the present day and I think there's some significance in that.

 

Stuff the Ben flashbacks now. :lol: It's a Richard one I want! :lol:

Yep i've seen the screenshot. :lol: I can't see the Locke conenction though in the picture, whatever Jacob is now though, it's certainley very interesting. My guess is that he's been on the island a LONG LONG time though. He seems to be powerful yet scared of Ben. Most confusing.

 

More to the point though, why did Alex give Locke a gun when he went to see Jacob? :|

Someone on another forum posted a good theory. The sticky stuff that Locke found was ash from the volcano and it's keeping Jacob from leaving. Also there's a theory floating round that Jacob and Richard came to the island via the Black Rock, which sounded very plausiable (sp?) to me.

Yeah I read that too, I like that idea because how has Richard not aged at all? Also, he was wearing sort of pirate clothes when Ben first met him in the jungle.

There's definatley some sort of island magic, and the only way they'd be able to make Walt come back is if they explain that the island doesn't make you age, BUT there's got to be a deeper explantion to it than that, because Ben has aged.

Good episode yesterday, the Jacob thing was a little wierd but it explained a lot. A bit surprised Locke dieing, it should have been Jack on the recieving end of that bullet.

 

Richard seems to be ageless as in the fourtey odd years since when he met Ben to now he looks exactly the same. :mellow:

I've read them. :lol: And they really are MAJOR. I really wish I hadn't read them, but I couldn't resist. I like where the writers are taking it though...

That episode made me weep! My only problem is that I seem to know the mindset of the people who write the show. I was expecting someone to be in the looking glass. Thought it was gonna be someone we'd already seen like Mikhail. Thought that girl was Juliet at first! :o

 

I thought it was an amazing episode. The trailers for next week seem to be very spoilery though!

I've stayed strong so far and not read any of the finale spoilers...yet.. :lol:

 

This episode was a really good episode. Not much happened really but the pace was there all the way through, pretty gripping.
