I love "Something's coming to the island, but is it salvation or annihilation".

I think we'll be seeing Penny on the island next week! :D

Well the trailer looks very good, that's for sure. My opinion of lost has changed a lot lately and minus the Jack-centric episode after the break this Season has been on top form! :D

I think Penny could be coming to the island as well. Don't know whether it will be next week though, but I reckon she'll crop up eventually.

Just thinking abck over this episode again, I wanna know why Juliet has infultraited the Lost camp. Is it to monitor Sun? Or maybe she knows too that Charlie is said to die? Also anyone else think that she might be pregnant herself? That scene with her and Goodwin in bed must have some sort of relevance I think.

I reckon Penny will be in next weeks - it is Desmonds flashback after all. And, is it just me or has nothing been mentioned concerning the end of season 2? It was Penny that them two guys rang up and said something like 'weve found him' to her???

As for 'One of Us' i sooo wanted Juliet to be a 'goodie' but who knows yet, she could be using this opportuntiy to get away from Ben and has her own plan? Because Ben has never come through with any of his other promises. I doubt she knows of Charlies possible future, that is assuming that Desmond has no connection/communication to the others.

I think that the purpose of Juliet being in the camp is something to do with the pregnancies i.e. Claire and Sun - tho she has to be extremely clever to get anyone to trust her, so shes gonna have to go even further if she wants to get to know either of them especially afetr the whole thing with Claire kidnapping. As you say, it is possible that Juliet is preg. too or even trying to get preg. otherwise there would be no relevance to the scene. Madness. lol :D

She can't be pregnant. She slept with Goodwin months before. She'd know if she was.

And yeah, shes gotta be there for Sun. Although apparently Rose will be back soon with a good storyline. I'm guessing the cancer is gonna come into it!

I still think Jack is in on it!

Yeah, i was gonna mention about the timeline concerning her poss. pregnancy but forgot.

I like Rose - intesresting character - i think we may find out more about her past maybe her family tho she doesnt have a flashback lined up. I cant really remember her flashback from season two but if it wasnt terminal cancer, then it is poss. that the island didnt 'cure' her alike it has done Locke. And if it did, then wouldnt Ben also be interested in her??

Good point about Jack being in on it. It would be a real good reveal if he was, would make a great ep - i think i might stick with you and your idea on Jack :D

Flashback schedule. Seriously spoiler-ish, so highlight the text if you wanna know:

3.17 - Catch 22 - Desmond

3.18 - D.O.C - Jin & Sun

3.19 - The Brig - No Flashback!

3.20 - The Man Behind The Curtain - Ben

3.21 - Greatest Hits - Charlie

3.22-23 - Through The Looking Glass - Jack

We know episode 19 is Dharma/Degroots centric, so maybe the whole episode is a flashback? Can't be in the current time. I think its gonna reveal Ben is their son. Shame Ben doesn't have the finale though. Apparently this Jack flashback is actually going to be decent though!

Well, there's gotta be a reason he has the final flashback. The writers have said it will blow our minds. I just hope they kill the bast*rd off!

I don't think Jack is in on it all. He's not clever enough for a start and he's too nice to be able to lie to everyone. I think Jack might get killed off though at the end, or maybe he'll do a Michael? I can't really see the point to him anymore. As shown recently there's other avaliable leaders like Locke and Sawyer whon people are willing to put their trust into, but before Jack can die, they'll need to be exploring the whole him and his father's body going missing which I think may play a part in the finale.

How does Ben have cancer anyway? That puzzels me as supposivley he can cure it from other people (or the Island can at least) but he can't cure it himself. I'm sure that'll be explored by the producers though eventually.

Juliet's a funny one. She's desprate to get off the Island and I imagine the only way Ben will let her go is when they've solved the whole pregnancy issue so I imagine she'll be there for Sun now thinking about it. She hates Ben as already shown and he desperation to get off the island has been shown loads as well.

Just read in a brand new sci fi mag viewing figures have slumped in the US, I think they are heading towards a conlcusion at the end of Season 4 :o

Yep the viewing figures have fell quite a bit to what they used to be, which is a shame as Season 3 is much better than Season 2 and it finall seems to be heading back to normal, but I guess the viewing figures declining could also be because the show has moved to a 10pm timeslot in the US now.

I think they'll do 5 Seasons. There's too much to wrap up all in about 30 episodes time and that's without new things happening, but if they end it after 4 Seasons then maybe it is for the best as the viewing figures have dropped loads to what they were at the beginning of Season 2.

I reckon the viewing figures have dropped because Lost only really appeals to the fans now, rather than the casual viewers. Especially after the mini series which almost turned me off.

The mini series was awful. It just felt like they had a certain story that they wanted to tell that could have been told in a couple of episodes yet they filled it out over 6, and add that to Eko's death, even though it's not the producers fault that they had to kill Eko off.

I think for some people Lost is just getting too weird and confusing so people get turned off by it. Once you miss a few episodes it can be hard to get back on track too.

'Catch 22' was pretty good, but I thought the ending was a bit obvious.

Blatantly wasn't gonna be Penny. For starters, she's too classy to skydive!

Best line of the show:

"You two arguing over who's your favourite other?"

Next weeks... Sun/Jin flashback. They always bore me. Gah!

Catch 22 was...alright. It was all pretty predictable and so there was nothing really wow.

I have a little theory though. Has anyone read Lord Of The Flies? Well in that book, someone is flying over the island and his plane is destroyed so he parachutes onto the island but dies when he lands. However, everyone on the island thinks that the parachutist is a beast, some evil monster. I reckon the parachutist in Lost is gonna be bad news for them, especially after that trailer that said "something's coming to the island, but is it salvation or anhilation."

I like the Sun and Jin eps, especially as we will find out who the father of Sun's baby is. Also, we'll learn more about the island pregnancies.

Also, the "game changing" episode hasn't aired yet. I thought it was the reveal of Locke's Dad but read this:

Question: I recall you having an interview with somebody associated with Lost and talking about a "game changing" episode where we'll be blown away and everything will be turned on its head. Has this episode already aired? I sure hope not. — Chad

Ausiello: That "somebody" would be Damon Lindelof, and no, it hasn't aired yet. My hunch is it's the aforementioned May 2 episode, since it was penned by Darlton (aka Damon and Carlton).

That's Ep 19 - The Brig, and is Locke centric. Also, it's the epsiode which was rumoured to have no flashbacks but they are actually all very recent flashbacks that take place on the island.

I've got a feeling this episode could be about the Black Rock because a Brig is a large old fashioned boat like the Black Rock. Also, there were comments about the fact that there aren't many aerial shots in Lost. Apparently they've been filming some and it's to do the big reveal and the palet drops.

This was an okay episode I guess. We kind of knew what was coming from the word go so there wasn't really too much happening. I've a feeling that the parachutist person could be one of the people that was helping Penny looking for Desmond.

That Lord Of The Flies theory could be right. I'm sure i've read an interview where they said it was gonna turn all LOTF. In the book the parachutist is seen as the beast and ultimatley ruins the boys physological state. Maybe that could be what it about to happen? And then if it were to turn all LOTF again it would mean someone would die at the hands of the Losties because of the fear of the Others maybe? (beast in LOTF)

Well, some people are saying the parachutist was Penny, but Desmond saving Charlie changed what was meant to happen.

Looks like this ep does feature the black rock:

It now feels like things from season 1 are coming back into things.

I'm really lost now, no pun intended.

So Flight 185 has been found? The woman didn't make it clear as to whether the wreackage has been found with the bodies or with no bodies. Not really too sure what's gonna be the reason, but i'm thinking maybe there were 2 Flight 185's or something, would make sense that the real world think they're all dead so that's what no one is looking for them, well it's like they'd be able to find the island anyway though.

I'm thinking as well there's that they've planned for 5 seasons of Lost now with what Juliet revealed to Juliet about Pregnant women.

My theory is, is that Dharma or the Hanso foundation faked the wreckage so that nobody would search for them.
