After a recent uprising against current Prime Minister Jayener Hawthe, the President/Dictator Phil has revolutionised the Ashtonise political landscape in a bid to give Ashtonise citizens more say in the running of their country. Dictator Phil is to continue to veto every law, rejecting and amending those he does not like. He shall also continue to impose his own laws.
