Has a date not been set yet for its showings, although their probably waiting till it gets a bit nearer to halloween

looks $h!te :)

Might go and see it just to laugh at it, I've got one of these unlimited cinema thingies so it aint as if I'll lose anything (well, apart from 90 minutes of my life.... )

It was awful, but it got the bums on seats unfortunately....

Here's the weird thing though, this is supposed to be Prequel, so why does R Lee Ermey's character look a fair bit older than he did in the original....? Surely something could have been done post-production on a computer to make him look a bit less wrinkled.....

1 star in the independent

well take a picnic and then you wont feel you've wasted any time

I think I'll go to the pub beforehand, get totally pished and maybe I wont notice just how c**p it's gonna be.....

Better not get too drunk though, or else I might literally p*** myself laughing.....

i just seen this and it was great!

I felt sorry for the characters and it was very gory and suspenseful

:smoke: I never listen to reviews, they gave 2 of my fave films- White Chicks and House of Wax c**p reviews and they were brill

Saw this yesterday along with "New Police Story", and frankly Jackie Chan's chop socky cops 'n' robbers action epic PISHES all over this incredibly sorry-ass, predictable, gore-for-gore's sake, intelligence-insulting c**p.... R Lee Ermey is the ONLY plus point to this film, and even then he's only really playing the sort of character he's played about a dozen times before (but he does it so well...), watch "Full Metal Jacket" to see the man in all his glory. One of the characters is a bloody MARINE ffs!!! And we're actually expected to believe that someone who's survived a tour of duty in Vietnam, (where the average life-expectency for a Grunt was actually shorter than this incredibley tedious film...) can't handle one old geezer, shotgun or not... Fukkin' PIFFLE!!!!

His untrained, younger BROTHER actually puts up more of a struggle than the 'big, badass Marine'; and the sort of punishment which is meted out to him would have killed or paralyzed anyone who had had that done to them in real life; but no, there he is towards the end of the film, still somehow running around like a spring lamb even after being beaten senseless around the head, legs, torso and arms with a NIGHTSTICK, in a near-fatal car accident AND getting caught in a BEAR TRAP FFS!!!! Do the film-makers actually KNOW what happens to a leg's bone tissue and muscle after it has been snapped in a bloody bear trap???? Clearly not..... I'm frankly surprised that the chainsaw attack slowed 'superboy' down.....

Another example of badly researched, criminally inept film-making which insults the audience with its sheer stupidity....

VILE film. Absolutely purile - the violence and gore in this film made me feel ill - it wasnt scary it was just disgusting.

Why do you bother watching films if you know perfectly well you will hate it?

In the vain hope that I might be wrong someday.... Well, that and a mate of mine fancied seeing it too (and he hated it even more than I did....)

It dont cost me anything anyway, other than time, I've got one of these unlimited monthly card things....
