I think we'd be a shoo-in if so! :lol: Next up is Chris Argent, a character who I and I expect much of the fandom have done a 180 on over the years! I hated him in season 1, but it was a love-to-hate kinda thing as J.R. played the role of the villain to a T, being totally terrifying. However, there was always a soft side to him, as he cared deeply about Allison, and we see this more as his time in the show continues. Now, we're used to Argent and Scott being on the same side, working together and fighting the same battles, and Teen Wolf is all the better for his presence in my opinion! Argent is introduced at the end of episode 1 as a werewolf hunter who almost catches Scott in the woods, and is then later revealed as Allison's father...! This leaves Scott reeling, torn between his head and his heart, knowing he should stay away from Allison and her family for his own safety but equally, he knows he loves Allison and he's willing to take the risk. He endures an incredibly awkward dinner with Allison and her family, with Argent grilling his daughter's first boyfriend. I always feel uncomfortable watching that episode! :lol: Argent finds out that Scott's a werewolf at the end of season 1 and briefly teams up with him to take down his sister Kate, who had killed innocent people. However, while he allows Scott to live, he warns him to stay away from Allison. Of course, that doesn't happen and Scott and Allison date behind Argent's back, and when his wife Victoria finds out, she takes matters into her own hands and tries to kill Scott. However, when Derek passes the bite onto her to save Scott, Argent has to abide by the hunters' code and help her commit suicide. This mellows Argent, as we see in season 3, and he hopes to stay away from the supernatural, although of course we become used to him helping Scott as opposed to warning him off. Season 3 sees yet another loss for Argent, as daughter Allison is killed in the penultimate episode. He and Isaac head to France, but Argent returns throughout season 4 after Scott texts him to let him know Kate is still alive. He seemingly leaves again with the Calaveras in the finale, but returns for season 5. In season 6, he works with Melissa, and they share a kiss after they're taken by the ghost riders and he manages to fight one off in the train station. July 4, 20178 yr Author 16 Derek Hale http://i.imgur.com/ZUO9PND.png Average: 8.20 Actor: Tyler Hoechlin Status: Regular (1-4) Two results in one night, I think Buzzjack might just implode x Scott and Stiles meet Derek in the woods during the very first episode, and are creeped out by his sudden appearance. He insists on taking Scott under his wing, teaching him the tricks of the werewolf trade, but Scott is unsure, particularly as he suspects that Derek is the one who bit him and gave him the "curse" in the first place. Derek tries to get Scott to help him track down and kill the alpha, but when the alpha is revealed as his uncle Peter, Derek reluctantly joins him and stands by his side, much to Scott's disgust. Derek is captured by Kate, and eventually rescued by Scott, before they work together to fight off both Kate and Peter outside Derek's house. He kills Peter by slitting his throat, taking his power and becoming the alpha himself. Derek then builds his own pack throughout season 2, recruiting outcasts Isaac, Erica and Boyd to form his pack. Scott disapproves of this, thinking Derek has gone power mad, but they eventually need to work together against the kanima. Erica and Boyd lose faith in Derek and look for a new pack to join, while Isaac stands with Scott against Gerard and Jackson in kanima form. When season 3 rolls around, Scott and Derek are on good terms, and together they look for a missing Erica and Boyd. They find Boyd alive, although Erica did not make it. Also kidnapped was Derek's sister Cora, who he rescues and takes back to the loft. Isaac as a result is kicked out, and heads to live with Scott. Derek gives up his alpha status to save Cora's life after an attack. He and Peter are captured by the Calaveras, but are rescued by Braeden. In the closing moments of season 3, Derek is kidnapped by Kate, who is now a werejaguar. Kate makes Derek young again, taking him back to a time when he trusted her. When young Derek is taken back to Beacon Hills by Scott, he tries to find his house, to find it's been knocked down. He becomes alarmed, unaware of where his family are. When he's restored to adult form, his eyes are no longer blue, and are yellow, leaving him wondering what Kate did to him. He loses his powers throughout season 4, and he hires Braeden to help him find out. They begin a romantic relationship ("protecting my investment"). Derek becomes extremely weak in season 4, seemingly dying, but in actual fact he mutated and is able to transform into full wolf form. After defeating Kate and Peter, he gives Scott a smile of approval, and between season 4 and 5, he leaves Beacon Hills. Derek's a character I have mixed opinions on, but something I'll give credit to is his relationship with Stiles. As a duo they provide a large number of comedy moments, all thanks to the huge chemistry between Tyler Hoechlin and Dylan O'Brien. I'm hoping we get to see Derek again in 6B, of course he's one of the defining Teen Wolf characters and although I don't really miss him, I'd definitely notice if he didn't turn up for the final episodes! July 6, 20178 yr Joseph also forgot that Derek has a habit with hooking up with the bad girls. Kate when he was younger and Jennifer Blake (The Darach) in Season 3A. They even had a steamy scene around the sixth episode. Scott: "There's no hope.
