Hey there! Really great #1, it's been surprising to see it smash all of a sudden in the UK though - not complaining! Lovely to see Rationale here too, what a brilliant live act they are and I wish I'd've seen Prodigal Son like at the time :(

Hmm, September Song hasn't really struck me yet, so I'm still preferring Perfect Strangers from him. That picture though!!! I was not expecting dreadlocks???

 

Yayyyy for Milky Chance and M.O, the former was as good as I expected but the latter really took me by surprise on first listen! :wub: Nu MUNA, Rationale and 'Garden' all kinda underwhelmed unforch but 'Sickly Sweet' has proven to be a fab discovery (Y) (Y)

Yeah the dreadlocks took me by surprise too - voice/artistry/image don't quite seem aligned, but sure doesn't that make things interesting~ (I'm kinda over 'September Song' now lol)

 

Hmm, 'Not In Love' is one of my least faves from M.O, bearing in mind I adore most of their stuff. Good that it seems to be an improvement on 'Who Do You Think Of?' for you though (or at least I recall you weren't keen on that). 'Too Good' is my ultimate fave I think. <3

 

And well, I'm glad you discovered 'Sickly Sweet' somewhere. :rolleyes: (jkjkjk you did v well WD)

 

Yup TBO impact, and I've only recently come to the realisation that 'Lost On You' is a total masterpiece with modern classic credentials. Will be returning to that one over and over I think. ;o
