Shirley Manson is to team up with David Arnold and the Blue Nile's Paul Buchanan on her first solo album for Intercope records. some people saying that Paul Buchanan being the greatest living scottish songwriter ever and david arnold being the composer bloke who has done bond. so i suppose her record could end up a cross between texas and bjork with a few martinis thrown in.

on the other hand the garbage best of is too be released in the next few months by Warners, however dont know if it will actually get much promo or will just be slung out.

i think shirley, will make a great solo album. but its my opinion that it wont be much different as she was the lead vocalist so itll be very similar cause she will still be the one singing the songs.

 

i dont care what happens though cause this will be an album that ill definately buy

Cant wait for this project. I would prefer a new Garbage album but as long as its Shirley Manson then im happy

I'm very intrigued to see what this album will be like.

 

Garbage are one of my favourite bands, so I shall be buying this. B)
