Accepted, not as good as American Pie and a film that could have been made anytime within the last 30 years rather than 2006. actually it looks like it has stiched together of clips from porkies, animal house, caddyshack and old school (well not actaully seen the first 3 film in full and i think i might be thinking actaully of caddychack II for Dan Akroyd/Glen from Accepted type comparison).

Actaully Caddyshack is on next week on Friday on BBC 1

even though i havent seen actaully seen animal house or porky's as a full film (just seen random clips and read about them in polls), have to say that i dont think accepted will be on a best films of all time list, not now or not in the future (unless theres some albania dictator you comes to power and says all we can watch is justin long as the little man achieves something strugling against the system of the posh)

accepted is college comedy by computer.

is anyone going to that Secret Policemans ball concert thingy with Chevy Chase and Seth Green, thats on tonight (i think) for annesty international???

I went to see Accepted last night. It's a typical teen movie imo, lots of cheap laughs but also some clever dry wit, which I love in films :D Overall, I'd give it about 3 stars. It's good, but nothing to shout about, there's a lot better out there.

i watched caddyshack not so long ago.

things with a lot of 1970s style comedies seem so quiet to todays, with hardly any music overlayed and when it is its that v 70s orchestral stuff (i know it was made in 1980, but obv. it looks like the 70s didnt end in hollywood in Dec 1979  )

so was chevy chase more like the ben affleck of his day rather than the will ferrell?
