the show includes such features as the cathy brown show (cathy interviewing guests, with agness joining in)

 

the mammy of the week award (where someone gets a weekly award for being a good mother)

 

and mammy's box, where they play to win a prize (or several prizes)

 

I am not overly impressed by the first episode, but will give it another week or 2 just to see if it improves (I don't hold much hope)

That sounds beyond awful.

Forever waiting for the day that Mrs Brown fades into permanent irrelevance :puke2: Another awful concept for a show that will inevitably be completely unfunny and make for mind-numbingly boring viewing. Ew.

As a fan of the show, i found this very disappointing as i was expecting something on the lines of the ms merton show.
