Not sure it's worth having separate topics for singles and album for Eurovision artists in here, but in December Lena announced that her fifth studio album would be titled 'Gemini' (I know what you are all thinking...). Tonight, she is releasing the first single from the album and it is titled 'Lost In You'!

It has been released in Australia but no streams available yet, it has been described as "a synthpop gem" with "echos of Ellie Goulding" so it looks like we are sticking with the 'Crystal Sky' sound which of course was FABULOUS.

Apparently Lost In You is being classed as a "teaser" single rather than an official single but it is definitely high quality enough to be an official single even if not amazingly accessible. Definitely a continuation of the Crystal Sky but even more modern and up to date with the chopped vocals and dreamy quality

Lena may be having a bit of an Adele moment today, she quietly released the acoustic version of her new single and it has stormed up to #4 on German iTunes in just a few hours, at this rate she could challenge for iTunes #1! Bear in mind Lost In You peaked around #20 on iTunes a couple of months ago.

Beautiful song!

She's getting a lot of exposure from being on the German version of Sa Myckket Battre, Sing Meinen Song.

I'm eager to hear all of the songs she performs on it, and all of the covers by other people of her songs, but they're geoblocked on Spotify and I haven't checked yet but wouldn't be surprised if it's the same case on Youtube.

Her lead on iTunes keeps growing, it's impressive. Hopefully she gets some longevity out of it!

Gemini has been scrapped (or renamed), the new album is now called "Only Love, L" and is released in April. Lead single "Thank You" is doing well on iTunes, currently inside the top 15 a few weeks into its release. A quite amazing video for it too:

This album is out. Some nice melodies on here, but the production is so Spotify generic, sounds like everything from the past four years. I can't see myself going back to it much though I like the singles and the opening track. I will always love Lena's voice but it's drowned out more than usual on this album.
