So I noticed something on the left of my posts that says "No gallery pics". What do you mean by "gallery" and how am I supposed to locate it and how do I edit the pics in my gallery?

There's a Gallery link to the top of the page and you can upload/view images in a sub gallery there.

I thought by "gallery", they meant like a personal gallery
