So the winner of the highest grossing movies of all time was Titanic, beating out Avatar with 9 votes to 5.

 

This round is the Battle of the Hulks! What was your favourite portrayal of the character?

I've not seen the Bana film so can't comment on hom. I like Mark Ruffalo in general and he does role of Bruce Banner well but he is a little forgettable and easily overshadowed by other bigger on-screen personalities such as RDJ, Chris Evans and ScarJo. I voted for Norton because he's a great actor anyway and it's a shame he didn't stay on for the other MCU films, I think it'd be really interesting to see him interact with the characters in the Marvel universe now it has become so much more than it was in 2008.

I disagree about Ruffalo being "overshadowed" :o He was the main talking point for me when I watched Avengers 1 for the first time! I remember commenting that they'd finally got him right!

 

Loooove Ed Norton, but his acting style isn't right for that sort of character imo. I feel he's a lot more mellow and subdued. And although Bana was decent as Hulk, that film was mostly poop.

Nortons mellow style is what made him perfect though 😂 Bruce Banner is meant

to be mellow etc.

 

Eric Bana was good but overshadowed by a shit movie and Ruffalo is the weakest part of the Avengers.

Mark Ruffalo is the best Hulk for me.
