Selena seems to generally sell better and have better longevity, like Same Old Love peaked at sth like #81 and still went silver, plus Good For You and Hands To Myself both went gold and It Ain't Me went platinum. Demi has the bigger fanbase I feel but Selena appeals more to the casual buyers so sticks around well.

 

Demi has the most hits, the highest peaks and the highest sales, but Selena gets the most streams.

Demi's two longest charting songs are 37 and 27 weeks respectively, compared to Selena's 26 and 25 weeks.
