Just realised I've put "watching me" instead of "watching you" - DOH!

Is there a reason the band isn't on any of the covers?

If I was to enter would I be allowed to use an image of the band?

Its entirely up to, you can have a picture of the band if you want, there isn't any rule, just using our imagination of intepreting the songwords to a cover image instead of using the band for a change. In the end its your cover and you can use the band.
