October 14, 20177 yr So is she actually doing any promo or performances for this now? LMAO There's songs from 2006 that are more alive than this ayee :arrr:
December 22, 20177 yr What a horrible flop this turned out to be. Is she dropped from her label yet? Nadine needs company.
December 22, 20177 yr What a horrible flop this turned out to be. Is she dropped from her label yet? Nadine needs company. Be real though, was it ever gonna be anything but?
February 18, 20187 yr This is such a good song, I really like it. I am excited for her next single. There might not be one...
February 18, 20187 yr I'd love to see Mollie continue, but from a business perspective for whoever has funded her so far is it going to be a worthwhile venture? I can't imagine anyone investing their time or money into it for what must be fairly negative returns revenue wise.
February 18, 20187 yr Why the hell they released THIS if they wanted to try and get her a hit is beyond me.
February 18, 20187 yr Author Release awful music? Chapter One is fab what you on about ?! :o Independent releases please Mollie!!!!
February 20, 20187 yr Release awful music? Why the hell they released THIS if they wanted to try and get her a hit is beyond me. I agree. The verses don't sound...professional? Something about them sounds cheap and ruined the song's chances of getting any radio play. The na na na part is catchy as hell though and had other parts of the song been tweaked, it really could've had some hit potential.
February 20, 20187 yr 'Back To You' really could have been a moderate top forty hit had it been promoted properly  The fact that it went top sixteen on iTunes was incredibly impressive, I can't help but think had it been 59p from the start or 59p the following week with live performances then it actually could have at least managed to be more successful than 'What Are You Waiting For'. It also didn't help that 'Back To You' had NO Spotify exposure either but 'Back To You' is still an actual cute pop song with a rather brilliant video.
February 20, 20187 yr Back To You was one of my favourite pop songs of 2016, Hair Down was.... a choice. I was so ready for Good Girl, that sounded like hit banger potential.
February 20, 20187 yr Author It's interesting seeing the reception to this nearly half a year on since it was released. I still absolutely love it and have even set it as my alarm ringtone! there really is something quite simple but addictive to it - especially the "na na na na na na" parts.
February 20, 20187 yr I still think the fact Mollie even got herself a top 100 single is a pretty incredible achievement in itself. I don't think anyone involved in 'Hair Down' must have been under any illusion it stood any chance whatsoever... maybe they did it for fun or something? I prefer to listen to 'Hair Down', the flat chorus of 'Back To You' really jars for me these days.
