In all seriousness, her team have done excellent with the Spotify promo this week (two versions are incredibly high up) and I do believe she's a big enough name for the X Factor final and if she manages to get X Factor, I can honestly see it going top five, possibly top three in the official charts.

It's been explained before that Spotify ultimately have the final say on Hot Hits, it's not as dictated by payola as you think it is.

 

This is still sounding great to me anyway, so pleased it's finally taking off. A perfect example of a great 2018 pop song!

Ellie's Live Lounge is tomorrow and she's performing four songs in total including a cover!

 

A shame she's not got any other new songs to perform as I'm pretty sure she's performed all of her previous singles in the Live Lounge already :lol:

They do.

 

#16-19 are separated by around 300 copies. Ellie is doing worse on video streams than the songs directly above her, similarly on audio streams, and better on downloads. It all levels out, and she could climb a few spots by Friday.

Haha I saw that, but I was too embarrassed to even post about it being #98.

#8 on Spotify and only 30k from #2, so hopefully it can get there after the X Factor performance!
