Yep I know, I've seen some pictures that were much worse than this one, but I thought let's post a "normal" one..

I can only assume he's posing as a suegeon there, maybe relating to the "someone call an ambulance" line in 'Infra-Red'? A bit like that picture of them standing in front of an ambulance?
