August 11, 20177 yr Hmmm, I'll go with Hermione, she's pretty wonderfully portrayed and casts the best spells + eye candy reasons from the 5th movie onwards I do like Ron too though, Harry is WELL BEHIND, I actually find him one of the weakest characters in the Potterverse, just a little bit one dimensional overall (though I s'pose true to the books at least).
August 11, 20177 yr Hermione, absolute queen. Her and Ron are two of the best but she is so multi-faceted, a great role model for the girls reading or watching with her intelligence, sass, loyalty and perseverance but she's still a flawed human. Harry is ok but far from a fave of the series, one-dimensional is definitely right.
August 11, 20177 yr I chose Ron but it was close with Hermione. Harry is, of course, one of the lamest and worst acted characters in the whole series.
August 11, 20177 yr Author Went for Hermione basically for the same reasons as Liam - she's badass, talented, intelligent, funny and a great role model for girls across the world. Easily one of my favourite Harry Potter characters. Don't get the hate for Harry though, always thought he was a laugh and quite an engaging lead. Ron was fun and cute as a child but became a bit awkward as the films went on if I'm being honest, he's easily my least favourite of the three for me.
August 12, 20177 yr Hermione for me just wonderfully portrayed. I mean I love Harry and Ron too but Hermione stole the show.
August 12, 20177 yr Hermione. Fantastic both on screen and more importantly, in the books (which are the better of the two, obviously :kink:). There's so much to her character and you see her character change so much throughout the series but she remains the same loyal and genius friend which is obviously a key part of the story. I don't think Harry is one dimensional in any sense. Maybe it's how it is shown in the films, but in the books you see him change so much and there are so many sides and twists and turns in his story.
August 12, 20177 yr I find in the books Harry just changes from non descript to jerk. Literally every other character is more interesting.
August 12, 20177 yr Tbh in the books Harry was Queen of Sass, but that just all disappeared in tbe movies
August 12, 20177 yr Tbh in the books Harry was Queen of Sass, but that just all disappeared in tbe movies YESSSSS the sass *.* "There's no need to call me sir, professor" in Half Blood Prince was brilliant! And Roonial Wazlib (not that I can spell) - "that's my nickname" It was quite amusing to watch him develop into this sassy and very confident character as in the first book he was quite humble and innocent and obviously as the books develop and more happens he comes quite into his own person.
August 12, 20177 yr Went for Hermione as she has the brains and the heart of the trio  omg at no votes for Harry yet :o
August 12, 20177 yr Hermione Granger *.* she was an excellent role model when I was growing up. A very likeable and intelligent character.
August 13, 20177 yr Hermione because without her none of the plots would have happened and they would've died half a dozen times.
