No it was originally meant to be released on the 23rd but it got pushed back and no one alerted itunes - so don't download it as it doesn't count to the chart!

I wouldn't anyway I want the real album non of this digital rubbish :P

It is also on other download sites! Once again Mercury have shot themseles (and lucie) in the foot.

Yeah it's on Napster and loads of illegal sites (but that's because the album came out in Holland on the 20th). We're currently contacting Lucie's sister, who is really smart, to see if she can pass on the message to take it down. She told me it would count towards the charts on Tuesday morning but clearly it isn't going to as we have discovered...

Mercury and itunes always mess up! The amount of times they put Alexis Strum's songs on there when it wasn't meant to be!

Anyway, don't worry. I have been assured that it does count towards the final chart position.
