You need a bed with a hole in the middle so you can lay on ur tummy and ur belly can go into the hole!! :lol:

No it is true tho... at the place i work there are massage tables for expecting mothers and the table has a hole in the middle so they can lie face down. I promise its true!! They say it is very comfortable :P
