Why has Nicole lowered herself to doing these sort of social media ads?

 

I thought they were for z list Instagram models.

 

Some one on her level doesn’t need to be doing this. Surely she earns enough from the myriad reality tv shows she does.

Eh, maybe it'll go somewhere in the top 40 and have a Hello My Love run at best, but their focus would need to be on an album. I don't think a bunch of 30/40-somethings grinding is going to appeal to the kids who stream, but people might check out their first single.

 

A top five album could happen though with decent-ish sales (100k+?), but considering they've only seemingly started recording I doubt they'll be able to release it in a timely manner sadly.

Didn't realise that most of their singles peaked higher in the UK than they did in the US. So I'm wondering how this will be 10 years on.

I think it could potentially impact on streaming in the first few days due to curiosity (maybe 50-ish on Spotify for a day or two), but I have a hard time imagining that it would keep up after that. It'll go top ten on sales at least, but that barely makes an impact on the charts these days.

 

But they need to be marketed as a legacy act at this point with all focus thrown on the album rather than the singles. The problem being, of course, that there's no album to promote.

I can see it being like a 'Best Behaviour' - popular in select clubs and the Internet, but not something that catches on with the wider public.

There was a Nicole leak about two weeks ago called The Last Goodbye, so it's possible that there's a demo cd going around I guess. It wouldn't surprise me if PCD basically ends up releasing what would've been her third solo album.

Not sure if this has been posted anywhere else on Buzzjack but this leaked recently. This pilot was filmed around 2012/2013 and never made it to air, but Melody did NOT hold back in her confessional.

I wonder when they'll get their US certifications updated. I read somewhere that Buttons is eligible for 4x Platinum and When I Grow Up still isn't certified despite surpassing 2 million sales not long after release. Right There by Nicole is also Platinum eligible, supposedly.

I think sharing vocals would really benefit them, especially in the UK where Ashley is quite a big name - and imo a lot more likeable than Nicole.
