Posted October 19, 20177 yr Following the news that West End and TV darling Sheridan Smith is releasing an album of musical theatre classics a similar album by Beverley Knight, Amber Riley and Cassidy Janson has been announced. The OCC mentioned it a few weeks ago and they're releasing "Will You Love Me Tomorrow?" as an instant grat tomorrow. Here's their write-up: The biggest divas from the West End stage are joining forces for an album of some of the best loved songs from musical old and new. Expect big, BIG voices and many a sing-a-long moments. We're talking One Night Only, I'm Every Woman, etc etc. Tracklist and musical which the songs come from: 1. "One Night Only" ('Dreamgirls') 2. "Seasons of Love" ('Rent') 3. "I'm Every Woman" ('The Bodyguard') 4. "(You Make Me Feel Like) a Natural Woman" ('Beautiful') 5. "The Wind Beneath My Wings" ('Beaches') 6. "Helpless" ('Hamilton') 7. October 19, 20177 yr Author I'm interested to hear this! I haven't heard/seen any of Cassidy Janson's work but the other two artists are incredible vocalists and they've picked some fairly inspired songs to cover. I'm most looking forward to hearing their versions of "Seasons of Love" and "Falling Slowly". Hopefully they get the same sort of promo as Sheridan lined up although I think Amber is still on doing 'Dreamgirls' so her schedule may not be as allowing for it.
October 23, 20177 yr Author "One Night Only" and "Will You Love Me Tomorrow?" are out there and "Seasons of Love" premiered on Radio 2 yesterday although it's not available online yet. I think that's actually my favourite of the three - I'd forgotten that Amber had actually performed it as part of Glee Cast way back when! Their voices actually work very well together on all three songs though. KD_4MBJ33AQ 50Y74sUc6xY
