Was not expecting this! :o I don't know why I'm excited though as Beyonce's recent collabs haven't been too great.

NO.

This is literally my least favourite song right now alongside Sam Smith's "One Last Song". If Bey doesn't have an album coming SOON with all these B rate collabs flying around, I'm going to be so annoyed.

AND if it does go to #1 which I'm hoping it doesnt but probably will, it won't even count as an official #1 for Bey :( This sucks.
As if Perfect wasnt bad enough they had to add Beyoncé warbling all over it :/ well at least it isn't Taylor.
I usually can't stand dull Ed Sheeran ballads but I'm a sucker for a wintery/Christmassy ballad and 'Perfect' is exactly that. I'll probably be sick of it after New Year but for now I actually quite enjoy it and I hope Beyonce delivers, unlike the bland fest of 'Walk On Water' or the pointless feature on 'Mi Gente'.

VERY excited to hear what this sounds like. I'd rather them collab on something a bit more upbeat and exciting like "Don't" or "Galway Girl" really but this is basically the collab to end all collabs between the two biggest stars on the planet right now so I'd be lying if I said I wasn't hyped to hear it.

I really hope more solo Bey is not far away though, I've been listening to "BEYONCÉ" and "Lemonade" so much recently and I'm thirsty for more :w00t:

I don't mind Perfect but I can see this being kinda pointless  It can't be worse than Walk On Water anyway I suppose.

Beyoncé has her share of shocking songs in her discography but this feels REALLY beneath her.

I mean, why did she agree to do this? How could it possibly have any benefit for her?

I am still hoping the Beyonce remix while featuring her vocals on it, is also different production wise as a remix in THAT way as well rather than just the same as the original with an added Beyonce vocal.

It's ok...

It's better than the original cause Beyoncé sounds good on It but it's still not that good of a song and a bit of a snooze

I think the production has changed very slightly but I'm not quite sure

It's a lovely duet but anyone could have sang it really  The production is different but not in a banging way.

Ed Sheeran is quite popular you know (and generally well respected in the industry as far as I can tell, even if this website would have you think otherwise).

I see what you did there, thirsty for more, love it :yahoo:

He’s clearly a huge sell to the causal public, but I don’t think he’s hugely well respected critically for example. A lot of top critics view him negatively and in general avid music fans don’t buy into his brand either, it goes much further beyond Buzzjack.
