I preferred Christian Patterson. I thought he was brilliant.

We agree on Christian too, although Neil was very good too.

He was good, Christian was brilliant.

I think the producers should ask Christian to transfer to Broadway.

He could go anywhere in that role and be terrific. I don't know how he'd be in a different role - but I would go and see.

Onstage, he looked not unlike Stubby Kaye who played Nicely Nicely in the film and became a salvationist. i preferred the stage musical's ending. I always laughed when I saw Darius come out although it was no longer a surprise.

Now, that is one outfit I would say really didn't suit him. It did get a laugh though. Darius did thank everyone for making him feel good by laughing at him.

It was too pale a shade of red for someone as dark as he is. He needs true red.

It was the style, or lack of style. I wouldn't want him seen out in that get up.

He would get laughed at wearing that on Sauchiehall Street.

He could always drown them out with bit of gusto whacking.

What on earth is 'gusto whacking' unless it's enthusiastically hitting people - which doesn't really seem his style either.

Did anyone watch DanceX tonite. Duncan James was guest artiste singing all you need is love from chicago together with his bevy of beauties. He got a great ovation. Shame D wasnt given the chance to guest on a show at such a peak time.

Maybe they felt he didn't need to - the ticket sales were very good.

I hope Duncan was better than he was in the previous youtube clip.

 

I haven't seen any reviews for him other than the ones from the press night which were more about the celebs who turned up, possibly based on a press hand out. Either that or they all cribbed from one another because they were virtually the same word for word.

 

I hope he extends and is BF during Kelly's run.
