Yes same with me its the breakbeat style and uplifting vocal I think that gives me those vibes.

Yeah the production is good, I suppose they could have made it a bit dancier and gone a bit early 90s breakbeat hardcore but it the two artists credited are pop artists after all!

Yeah I was actually hoping it was going to be a trance song after the intro sounded a bit trancey,disappointing it wasn't.

Dunno, I wasn't fussed on first listen, but not many songs grab me on first listen these days. I'm sure it'll grow.

It really didn't need Liam Payne though, his part is so flat and emotion-less

 

but the most bizarre thing is the chorus cos they both sing the same thing in the same key and

Rita's vocals drown Liam out completely. You can only hear Rita.

 

It may as well have been a Rita solo single.

Better than the Taylor/ZAYN song in the sense that not much could be worse.

I’d rate the fifty shades songs

 

1. Ellie - LMLYD

2. Zayn & Tatlor - IDWLF

Solid enough song, it's growing as I listen more but I can't say I'm quite feeling the consensus of hysteria yet. If w're comparing to the other songs, this is definitely better than IDWLF which is probably the worst Taylor single now it's settled but not as good as LMLYD.

Well Liam doesn't ruin it as much as I thought he would and by the standard set by previous 50Shades singles this is good. Will need a few more listens, can't see me getting into it as much as 'Lonely Together' and 'Anywhere' but it might beat 'Your Song'.

This really isn’t that far away from the Rita songs from last year, but if this was gonna be a duet I would have loved to hear an equal division between her and Liam. Otherwise it feels weird that Liam is lead credit on Spotify.
