The Dolls play the Odyssey Arena on Wednesday, January 31 next year, with support from R&B star Rihanna. Tickets to see the two hot female acts went on sale early this morning at Virgin Megastore and the Odyssey box office, and were expected to sell out quickly. Lisburn teenagers Keri Dickson and Angie Champion, who queued at the Virgin Megastore, said they were planning to make a girls' night out of the concert. "We just bought seven tickets because there is a crowd of us wanting to go to see them," said Keri. And the girls have been practising their dance moves ahead of the Belfast show. Angie said: "We bought standing tickets so we can dance all night." Belfast woman Brenda Kennedy was one of the first in the queue at Virgin. She said: "I bought tickets for myself and my two daughters, Leona and Amanda, so I'm going with them as they are big fans of the girls." Danielle Campbell from Belfast also bought a batch of tickets - to keep her boyfriend happy. "He's not going to the gig himself, but I'm taking his two wee sisters," she said. The Pussycat Dolls have built up a huge fanbase worldwide since their debut single Don't Cha went to number one.
