Very good point - and at least this version won’t cannibalise the UC sales

The sales should go to both releases but many may purchase Odyssey not realizing the songs are different.

 

It's odd when you look at the numbers,ultimate collection has sold nearly 8 times more than odyssey.

Seeing the news about Robbie’s Xmas album, would you want to see a TT Xmas release? Is it a missed opportunity?

I would be against a Christmas style album as i generally dont like them, i bought Kylie's for collection purposes more than anything dont particularly love it. I see Take That Odyssey Live is listed as new release cd album for November 15th, i hope they do the live cd separate to the dvd like they did with progress as surely it would be another top 20 album for them unless they add it as a bonus cd to the original album.

 

 

An individual CD and DVD sounds exciting as the release can chart on both charts.

A Christmas album, is not something i would welcome from Take That.

Hopefully the album will do ok for them and possibly scrape it's way to gold.

I, for one, can't wait for Gary's solo stuff.

 

I've been following this vocal coach for awhile now and I used to think she was pretty objective, so I asked her to do a video of Gary as well ...I wish I hadn't. She has done a review of Gary and Cheryl's duet on Need You Now

Granted, she hasn't said anything bad about Gary, but, from all the videos she could have chosen of him, it makes me wonder why she chose this particular one. It's not like she's been chasing the views so far - she has reviewed some pretty boring stuff before.

Maybe it will help if more fans requested specific reviews of Gary's or the boys' performances.

I asked her to review the This Time video, cause it's amongst my all time favorites.

It is very easy to critique a live cheryl performance to be fair and it doesn't say anything bad about Gary. Im really looking forward to the new solo Gary stuff as i think he is clever enough to keep the sound of his previous material and the material most take that fans would enjoy.

I believe it’ll be treated as two separate entries for DVD and album.

 

Not a great start on iTunes, but hoping it might creep into the top 10 based on physicals!

This will be physical sale purchases for 99% of sales as it's really only the fans that will buy.

How much did the previous live albums do in their first week? I seem to recall Progress didn’t chart too high?

Progress Live opened at Number 12 but i do not know the sales.

It had sold 200,000.

I would have like just a DVD version without the CD. £20 is expensive when I just want the DVD really.

Form what I've seen on Amazon and HMV, it is only a CD+DVD, BluRay or a set with everything.

I hope it can top 15 next Friday.

The album is currently Number 18 on iTunes.

It is extremely hard to predict its debut position.
