It's not an alias, it's a group name, but I imagine if the project was simply credited to 'Kanye West & Kid Cudi' it would then be subject to Kanye's artist cap.

 

Aliases are already included in the artist cap rule, otherwise 'Seek Bromance' (Tim Berg) would have re-entered the top 100 alongside the other Avicii entries a few months ago.

As far as I know, Apple Music is utilised more by the 'roadman' demographic... hence UK rap songs do loads better on Apple Music than Spotify (I remember J HUS got to #1 last year and 'No Words' by Dave was #2 last year there)

M-22 are also doing a lot better on Apple Music, they're #12. They probably have a better playlist spot there.
