Leeds were well within their right to carry on though, Villa should have played to the whistle.

I agree wholeheartedly - ref didn't give a free and it wasn't a head injury no matter what happened before that - was hilarious watching it all unfold though and had real repercussions for the following games as a villa player saw red but its bound to be changed when the FA look at it.
The praise for Bielsa is cringe. He only did it because it was a nothing game that didn't really matter. Didn't want to let Forest re-take the lead when Roofe punched in an equaliser.
We still have a slim chance of reaching the play-offs. It’s the hope that kills you... :drama:
Derby missed the chance to secure their play-off place last night. Three teams in it, Derby Middlesbrough and Bristol City..

Bolton's rearranged Championship game against Brentford planned for 7 May will now not take place and the Bees will get three points for a 1-0 win.

The match was scheduled to take place on Saturday, 27 April but was called off 16 hours before kick-off as players refused to play over unpaid wages.

Unable to confirm that adequate safety personnel will be in place next week, Bolton were given a prohibition notice.

Middlesbrough boss Tony Pulis says he will seek talks with chairman Steve Gibson over his future at the club, after they missed out on the play-offs.

Leeds Vs Derby

West Brom Vs Aston Villa

These play offs really could go either way, you'd think Leeds as the 3rd placed team would be the favourites but more often than not the 3rd placed team doesn't end up winning the play offs. I would probably prefer Aston Villa out of the 4 but really wouldn't mind as long as it's not West Brom making an instant return to the Premier League.

Fulham did last year I think?

Think it'll be a Derby Villa final with Villa going up. Leeds seem to have ran out of steam in the past few months like a lot of Biesla teams do - but who knows!

Yes Fulham were third when they got promoted. I'm going for a Leeds v Aston Villa final, I reckon.
Yeah Fulham were 3rd last season but in the past 20 years for example it has only happened 9 times so the omens are not so good for Leeds. Still after what happened earlier in the season regarding the spying Leeds Vs Derby should be a really interesting match.
Would like Leeds to finally return to the PL but I think Derby will beat them in the semis! Hoping for them or Aston Villa to go up which I think is the more likely option.

Bolton Wanderers are set to go into administration after the club appeared in the High Court over a £1.2m unpaid tax bill.

The case on Wednesday was adjourned until 22 May to allow the club enough time to appoint an administrator.

Administration would result in Wanderers having a 12-point penalty imposed on them next season.

The club will play in League One next season after they were relegated from the Championship this term.

Bolton have gone into administration and will begin next season in League One with a 12-point deduction.

The club had been given two weeks to appoint to an administrator after last Wednesday's High Court appearance over an unpaid £1.2m tax bill.

They become the first English Football League side to go into administration since Aldershot Town in 2013.
