Posted June 6, 20187 yr It’s been less than two years since Lady Gaga last delivered a full-length album, but it appears she has already has new music on the way...a lot of it. According to paparazzi photos and posts on various social media platforms from fans and musicians alike, it looks like the pop singer is working on not one, not even two, but three new records, though there’s no saying exactly when any of them might arrive. Throughout the past several months, Gaga has been seen going into studios across the country, and based on the people she’s been seen with, it’s entirely possible that she has a trio of albums coming, and they are likely going to be extremely different from one another. Here’s a look at the three albums Lady Gaga is likely working on. Lady Gaga’s Sixth Solo Album It hasn’t been too long since Gaga stopped promoting her Joanne record, but it’s never too early to start working on the next full-length. Fans of the singer are always hungry for more pop, and the genre has a notoriously short attention span, so it’s best not to stay away from Top 40 radio for too long. The “Million Reasons” singer-songwriter has been seen in the studio with top-notch producers like Boys Noize and BloodPop, who are well-known for their electronic pop tunes. Their inclusion seems to suggest that though she went in an Americana direction for her last record, the sixth collection might see her return to the dance-pop that made her a star. Fall 2018 might be too early to expect anything from these sessions, but perhaps the first half of 2019 will see Gaga return in all her glory? A New Tony Bennett Collaboration While the combination of Lady Gaga, one of the weirdest pop stars to come along in decades, and Tony Bennett, an American treasure known for crooning standards, might seem to make little sense, when the two come together to make music, it’s magical. The odd couple partnered for a song on Bennett’s Duets II, and things went so well, they decided to create and release a full collection. Cheek to Cheek debuted at No. 1 in 2014 thanks to both Gaga’s and Bennett’s fan bases turning up to buy and stream the project, and they even toured on the album and went on to win a Grammy together. The two were recently seen entering the same NYC recording studio on the same day, and given the fact that there have been rumors about a second installment coming at some point, it’s possible that they may have another album sometime soon. Things went so well the first time around, why wouldn't they replicate that success? A Star Is Born Gaga and Bradley Cooper are currently remaking the classic film that has now been done several times with some of the biggest and best actresses of all time. The movie will likely spin off a soundtrack, as did the 1976 remaking, which starred Barbra Streisand and Kris Kristofferson. That album went to No. 1 and sold millions, so the pressure to get it right and send it up the charts is extreme (as if it wasn't already one of the most highly-anticipated releases of the year). The pop star (and movie star, perhaps) was reportedly in the studio with Cooper recently, finishing the album. Since the film is slated to arrive in theaters in October, the album is likely only a few months away from dropping, and there's no word yet on if it will simply accompany the movie, or if it will be properly promoted with a single being sent to radio and a music video. https://www.forbes.com/sites/hughmcintyre/2...s/#5692bac46f72 So which of the three are you here for? Which will you listen to? Which are you most/least excited about? DISCUSS~
June 27, 20187 yr I think the ASIB soundtrack will again showcase to people she can really sing and will be a good way of getting positive publicity before she drops LG6. Edited June 27, 20187 yr by Jordan Lee
June 27, 20187 yr Literally nobody wants Cheek 2 Cheek The Re-Up Gaga LG6 though can't wait to see what she comes back with. Hopefully at least some on-trend bops <3
June 27, 20187 yr I think it's no problem to release C2C2 and LG6 close to each other. They are very different and cater different audience outside the hardcore Little Monsters However, I doubt that there will be ASIB *and* C2C2 for xmas market Edited June 27, 20187 yr by SKOB
June 27, 20187 yr Author I am INSANELY excited for LG6 I doubt I will listen to C2C2 I will listen to ASIB once and then take it from there depending on if I enjoy
March 2, 20196 yr  literally we could've asked for a better scenario with the Tony Bennett album being cancelled, Gaga re-peaking on a global scale with ASIB and now we only have to see what will LG6 bring.
March 2, 20196 yr  This really has been such a huge success for her, Jordan Lee is correct I think that she's reminded the world she can really sing and hopefully that does translate into renewed interest for her next studio era.
