For now, it's only available through Beatport but since its release 3 weeks ago it's hit the #1 spot and is currently sitting at #2. It's a tech house update of the .NUXX version that was released in 1996 after its exposure in the film Trainspotting where it reached #2 in the UK Singles Chart.
