October 29, 200618 yr Liverpool's win will only hide the fact they need to put Gerrard CM. Spurs are a good side, but Berbatov isn't proven in the Prem yet, like Martins or Kuyt. Everton played well, and 4 of their starting XI had flu. Most teams will go to Arsenal and not play attacking. If you get in Arsenals faces, you will have a chance. They have talented players but they have no balls. They still miss Viera, thats obvious. Possesion counts for nothing when you draw 1-1, Arsenal didn't take their chances or they didn't create any.
October 29, 200618 yr :arrr: West Ham 2-0 Blackburn. I can't say I'm surprised though, I expected West Ham to win for some reason. -_-
October 29, 200618 yr 2-1 actually. Blackburn will blame the 2nd goal and corner, but I think they'd have lost anyway.
October 29, 200618 yr My Dad will be pleased. I know far too many people that randomly support West Ham But still it's not looking good for them, are they on 8 points now?
October 29, 200618 yr My Dad will be pleased. I know far too many people that randomly support West Ham But still it's not looking good for them, are they on 8 points now? Yeah there up to 8 points now. :D There about 16th in the table I think. I think result could spur West Ham onto a bit of form now though.

I do feel sorry for their manager. Especially with the rumours persisting about the new owners wanting to replace him with Sven Goran Erikkson, and with journalists putting 2+2 together about a former West Ham kid protegee who was "poached" by Manchester Utd, where an FA tribunal order Man Utd to pay £175,000 compensation to the Hammers. ...... But whatever happened to David Beckham? <_<

Yeah, it'll put them as equal 16th, but all round it's pretty close atm Also, I must say unlucky to Everton. They hung on for time and it's a shame they didn't win :( And congrats Rooney CLEARLY :cheer:
October 30, 200618 yr Hardly. Everton put 11 men behind the ball and defended all match from what I've heard. Which is EXACTLY how to get something from an Arsenal match. They're one-trick-ponies.
October 30, 200618 yr . Most teams will go to Arsenal and not play attacking. If you get in Arsenals faces, you will have a chance. They have talented players but they have no balls. They still miss Viera, thats obvious. This is true. If you go out attack against Arsenal you'll get thrashed. On MOTD either Mark or Alan made a good point in that Everton could've gone and attacked but they'd have lost 9-3. But if you put 10 men behind the ball and make them play around you they can't do it. It's been proven against Aston Villa, Boro, Man City and now Everton this season aswell as many times last season.
