Now that The Tide have gone their separate ways, Levi Jones and Drew Dirksen have created their own duo called O.D.L (Our Dysfunctional Life), and have released their debut single Next to Me.

 

It's very much dance-pop, and does a better job of it than most of the slap-dash efforts of The Tide's album. I love the vibe anyway, the production is top notch and it sounds just as good in studio form as it did on their tour earlier in the year!

 

 

It just seems a bit forgettable on a first listen, I will give it another chance though.

 

 

New single Won't Forget is out now. Loving this style they've adopted, pretty chill dance-pop with great lyrics.
