So it's another contest and another appearance in the final for both Aeroche and Cor Lupus, extending their national records to 20 in a row. Only six other countries have ever managed to make 20 finals in a row - the last time a country was on a streak of 20+ was when FSR Rontvia lodged their record 42nd consecutive final appearance in BJSC 54. The other countries to manage it are Hendinia (with a run of 34 in a row ending just two contests before FSR Rontvia lost their streak), Torchwood (28 in a row), Quotosibb (a record 27 in a row from their debut), Qärenfanghoney (24 in a row) and Numayania (20 in a row, also from their debut). Poor Trifoski could have been about to become the ninth country to manage this had they not lost their streak last contest. </3

 

Not much else of interest to comment on, as St. Burbia, Quintessa and Rolloland are the only other countries on national record streaks, which they were all on already and have just extended them another month to 7, 6 and 4 in a row respectively. That is apart from Frandoot, who have finally qualified again and thus matched their record of one in a row (they've yet to enter more than one contest in a row and qualified with only one of their previous five entries), and Enty who similarly have not yet entered consecutive contests and now pick up their very first qualifier after missing out with three previous attempts. Yay fresh faces.

:o at me giving Jupiterdonia’s entry 10 of its 11 points, did people have fatigue for that sort of entry with the Pop Contest or something I thought it was great.
