Posted October 29, 200618 yr As many of you may know, a young man from Liverpool called Michael Shields was wrongly accused of murder in Bulgaria. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison, even though the man responsible came forward. Liverpool Council have been fighting for justice. It has now been decided that 20-year old Michael will return to Britain to serve the rest of his sentence here, after £90,000 was raised to pay the fine imposed by the courts. There will be a benefit gig held at the Empire Theatre, Liverpool on the 4th December. ATOMIC KITTEN will be reforming for a one-off performance of 'Whole Again'. This is from Liz's offical website and the Atomic Kitten offical forum!
