New talent coming from Australia. High praise from Elton John (on Don't Tell Me: "It's astonishing someone so young can write something so good. I give up.") already and he's only 15 years old! All three singles from this EP have charted on the ARIA Singles Chart, with Dazed & Confused being the highest at #53. I'm really enjoying this right now, remarkably mature for somebody so young! Dazed & Confused is my favourite but current single Younger is really hitting me right now.

Really powerful and well executed. The song is one of my absolute favourites right now too, can't get enough. If there were any justice, this would blow up and do huge things in the charts. I certainly think it has the potential to!

 

Quite a nice video, the song is really growing on me though! He played Omeara in London on Monday night, on his 16th birthday, and he was so good. He performed all of the EP, a few unreleased songs plus a couple of covers! Plus I met him after, pic here x

Ruel won an ARIA Award last night - breakthrough artist, for Dazed & Confused. Youngest artist ever to win an ARIA. Incredible achievement! :wub:
