Well done to DJ Charly, his first attempt

Unfortunately singles releases are pretty dire this week, tried to pick best of the batch, Panic! At The Disco, dosen't sound too bad actually, just think outside the box with the song titles, or attempt a quirky one somehow. I can think of several ideas already.

Yes, there is a penalty for not voting - as basically because when you vote, you are adding points to the other entries, so by not voting you are given yourself an unfair advange, therefore there is a penalty for not voting to stop this problem. I believe it's 10 points or so.
