YES FOR ACTS like madonna for example i would love to know there worldwide sales without including america

Madonna doesn't sell THAT much in America considering it's her home land and all.

 

All fans of either Mariah or Madonna know that Mariah performs better in the US and Madonna performs better in Europe. ^_^

GHV1 was a hit I know that, but even her own fans class it as a flop, I would have thought 5m MAX.

 

Well it has been confired 2x platinum in Europe so 2 million and apperently sold about 1.5 million in the US, so maybe 7 million is a bit too high but I'm not sure :unsure: The certifications are here but it does'nt say what each award is for each country <_<

The certifications are always exaggerated. ;)

 

However, in actuality Mariah leads in cert's. ^_^ Only by 1, but she's leading. :lol:

Well according to RIAA she has sold 64 million albums in the US, and Warner said she has sold 200 million worlwide. But you can never be certain ^_^

There is no way Shakira has sold more than Madonna since 98 :huh:

she's sold about 35 million since '98 i think, but Madonna has probably sold more

oh & Id like to bring Ayumi Hamasaki into this. Since 1998 she has sold over 50 million records

there are so many artists who do so well everywhere except america ,robbie williams and oasis been prime examples but i suppose thats another topic
