When you got to pre order it says Jan 2020. Probably won't even get a single this year then, takes away from any excitement.

This sounds to me like an error, January 1st 2020 sounds like some placeholder date you can see on various stores when you don't know the actual date. Not to mention that January 1st 2020 falls on Wednesday :lol:

 

But single is definitely coming in the next few weeks though.

Tour will be from May to July 2019. July 5 Croke Park will be Shane's birthday! the pre-order limited signed album went live at the same time of announcement but was cleared just minutes after, I guess it sold out fast. Yup the dates are confusing. new single out in mid November maybe another one in January/February, April (their first single's 20th anniversary) before their tour and August/Sptember before the album's out. they may add dates like the last one in 2012 and may add international dates sometime in February/March.

I'm surprised they aren't going with an ultimate collection type of release straight off with the new single and then release the new album in q4 2019.The buzz is there to get away with another style of greatest hits release.

Another great interview. Its great that they want to take this more slowly, no reason to rush in, they have nothing to prove. Great photos as well!
September 2019 is indeed a long time to go... I wish it will be a 15- song album then :P. Single could be coming out first week of November.... :)

Was never a fan of them, mostly because I didnt care for their syrupy love ballads and covers. However "World Of Our Own" remains their best song, such a tremendous bop! :wub:

I agree with the album release date. Initial report were May. I thought they will do a January or March 2019, months when Adele, Sheeran and Ezra's album became successful but I guess they will do the traditional ber months won't be surprised if it will be pushed to October, one of their most successful month when My Love You Raise Me Up and Face to Face were released.

 

But if this will give us more singles prior to album release then I'm up for it and willing to wait. fans have been deprived by Cowell for Westlife singles for over a decade.
