Croke Park? they played four times there already and two more next year and there are rumors for a third one

they will get there. record labels have surveys prior to album and concert dates releases. maybe it's still premature for them to do British stadium tours

just realized spice and westlife are on the same label and little mix, 1d and westlife have the same pr now

in 2001 they did 6 shows in MEN Arena and 9 in Wembley Arena.... That is like 100k in each of the two cities.... They could easily sold out a stadium or more... They do it in Croke Park in Ireland which is one of the biggest in Europe, i don't see why not in England... It's just a strange fact..

Its different though in 2001 or 2008 when they even first tried Croke. I agree they could have had stadium tour in the early days but boybands just didn’t do that these days, I think Teke That are the first who did and that was also after their comeback.

Also Spice girls are doing it.... I believe they could easily sell out a few stadiums every year...

i have a feeling they will add dates for dublin glasgow belfast london birmingham newcastle manchester

tomorrow is "#westlifewednesday" stay tuned they might have new announcement they usually do it every wednesday i hope it will be the new single. sick of waiting

might be afraid like what happened to rihanna's wembley stadium date she had lots of UK #1 and still. they might think it's not the right time. another one I'm thinking they or someone will be producing soon is a musical about them. take that spice girls did it 17, 18 years after their formation

I didn’t know Rihanna didn’t sell Wembley stadium but yeah, thats a good example. There is nothing worse for an artist not to sell a gig. Its best not to jump the gun. I always felt that musical about them is something Westlife aren’t keen on doing though. A concert documentary or something like that would be nice though.

most probably rihanna didnt fill the stadium cause people who werent interested in the event bought tickets in order to resell... but ok..
they've done plenty of concert docs in the past

rihanna's last album flopped in uk only charted at #7 and that wembley date was part of that album tour. Westlife has had a record on wembley arena and probably don't want to tarnish it if they won't sell the stadium at fast rate like take that and adele at it will destroy their future concerts.

well they should really add more dates after the spice general sale on saturday. people are comparing now their third london date at o2 and spice wembley stadium both at the 15th of june next year

I am afraid from this competition... it could harm westlife's concert because Spice girls werent around that much and they dont seem they will be after that tour while westlife were active for like 15 years now and plan to stay for more... Also its a stadium concert, and not an arena tour...

well they're a girl band, westlife's boyband. both have common audience but also have different music fans. same with take that and westlife, have you seen their spotify pages on the fans also like tab? it seems that both have the least common fans. that's why a john shanks pop rock produced albums didn't worked for westlife. it's a healthy competition

anyway we still don't have any sightings of Mark's boyfriend! the new magazine cover link have gillian jodi and georgina but no mark's bf. I remember suddenly when Simon rejected the us against the world music video first time around because kevin was there

new dates won't hurt them in my opinion charis just reviewed their ticket sales on ticketmaster and the two dublin and three glasgow belfast london dates each are all sold out. couple of tickets left on birmingham newcastle, manchester has hundreds left. uk has 60 m plus population and their trend of selling out the tickets fast and their concert dates are still as far as may 2019.
I think Brian has a good voice but Keith, he is tragic. I think he is just jealous Westlife had a bigger success that Boyzone. I mean, not many can say they sold out 6 Croke Park gigs and Boyzone didn’t even have 1 concert there.

Anyway, that last interview they gave, the radio host asked them would they consider a 3rd night at Croke for Twenty tour and they said they haven’t thought about it and they were humble saying they are not sure if they could sell it. I am not sure either to be honest.

are you guys underestimating the loyal westlife fandom lol the first date was sold out, second date sold out after 48 hrs. have you seen tweets of fans seeing westlife for the first time and their first travel to uk and ireland. people from as far as australia brazil usa new zealand colombia japan etc. the tour will be like the congregation for westlife fans lmao

I don’t think Mark’s boyfriend wants to be in the spotlight and Mark also loves to keep things private which is understandable.
new belfast date added. general sale on Nov 15 Thursday
