Following the MTV Rocks compilation last year and MTV Base the year before, we are now treated to the newly rebranded Club MTV (formerly MTV Dance) compilation as the next album in the series. Out October 12th, the album provides a mix of current, recent and classic dance tracks from the late 80s to present day.

Can no one lisence Toca's Miracle anymore then? This is the second compilation this week to include Toca Me instead.

 

I know Coco (the singer) got next to nothing off that song and was rather annoyed about it (as you would be), so that might tie in with why the song isn't on compilations/download/streaming anymore. (I noticed it got taken off Spotify a while back annoyingly, not sure if it's on other platforms).

 

Decent tracklisting anyhow but they really could have done without The Middle and Sexual.

I'm not too shocked at Sexual just because it's been on massive rotation on the music channel and they still play it regularly.

 

I was surprised at Toca Me. Could be a mistype but the iTunes version also states Toca Me? Nice instrumental but it'll feel out of place when the vocal version is the one we all associate with.

Can't wait to stick this on over the weekend
