April 1, 200619 yr Yeah I love em. I used to be more of a fan though, I haven't really listened to much of their stuff for a while now.
April 1, 200619 yr I used to like most of their stuff, then after they split didn't really care for them much, also it was a little uncool to like them in the 80's. but now I quite like their songs again.
April 1, 200619 yr "SOS" still sounds brilliant. Apparently Glenn Matlock was inspired by this song when he wrote the melody to "Pretty Vacant"!
April 1, 200619 yr Author My fave is actually Move On. It wasn't very well known but I love it. Ooh interesting choice! Anything from 'The Album' is pretty fab :D Not sure on my all time fave though, Head Over Heels is my fave single but apart from that I love That's Me and When All Is Said And Done  The Visitors is my fave album :cheer:
April 1, 200619 yr The much-overlooked The Day Before You Came is their best single IMO - just... stunning. I love ABBA, but absolutely hate Dancing Queen.
April 2, 200619 yr I'm a huge fan and have all their studio albums on cd. Also Gold and More Gold.I love The Piper,That's Me and Day Before You Came.
April 2, 200619 yr Not a huge fan but I get their Cds out now and again - they always cheer me up. I'd forgotten about The Piper. I love it.
April 2, 200619 yr they were a critically acclaimed pop group, who were actually very talented. they were one of the best in what they did, arguably second best to only the beatles in their composing skills. i too hate 'dancing queen', but love 'name of the game', 'move on' and 'the eagle'...
