December 25, 20186 yr People who started with streaming in 2008 (when Spotify was launched) are middle-aged now or in few years time. And they are still streaming. Well I’ve never streamed and I know people my age and older who also don’t stream and only buy the CD version.
December 25, 20186 yr You probably don't belong to "early adopters". I've had Spotify since 2011 and consider myself being pretty late with streaming, but then again, it arrived early here and we didn't really have the "iTunes era" at all, instead went straight from cds to streaming. It probably depends on the market. Physicals are still strong in the UK and Japan at least. Edited December 25, 20186 yr by SKOB
December 25, 20186 yr lol I'd say it's 100% the other way around, the industry is surviving thanks to those Xmas CD sales, in 1 month they make all the yearly benefit there's nearly no benefit from Spotify
