Andy Murray is planning to make his return to competitive tennis in the doubles at the Fever-Tree Championships at Queen's Club later this month.

The Briton, 32, has not played since the Australian Open and had a hip resurfacing operation in January.

The former world number one, who has since said he is "pain-free", will partner Spain's Feliciano Lopez.

Johanna Konta is through to the semi-finals with a straight sets win over Sloane Stephens.

A Federer/Nadal semi-final as they both beat their respective opponents in Warwinka and Nishikori.

That was a great performance by Johanna Konta. She now plays Marketa Vondrousova in the semi-final. A very good opportunity to reach the final.

Both the semi and final are scheduled for ITV4 but speculation on DS that should she make the final on Saturday they may swap with racing to put it on ITV1.

It's a complete washout today then.

Eurosport have just said the remaining quarters will be played tomorrow, all 4 semi finals on Friday then finals on Saturday and Sunday.

I would think that ITV could put the racing on ITV4 if Konta made the final.

Amanda Anisimova has reached the semi-finals of the French Open with a straight sets win over defending champion Simona Halep.

Romanian third seed Halep, 27, lost 6-2 6-4 to the unseeded 17-year-old.

Anisimova had never won a match at Roland Garros before this year but is yet to drop a set on the way to her first Grand Slam semi-final.

The world number 51 will face Australian eighth seed Ashleigh Barty, who beat American Madison Keys 6-3 7-5.

Konta will never ever have a better chance of winning a Slam. One again the seedings on the Women's side proving completely misleading.

No I don't think she will have a better chance of winning a Slam. What a chance she has now.

Thiem through to the semi-final he beats Khachanov 6-2, 6-4, 6-2 and well most likely play Djokovic in the semi-finals.

And sure enough, he will play Djokovic. As Djokovic beat Zverev in straight sets by 7-5, 6-2, 6-2.

I don't think she'll get a better opportunity like that again of winning a Slam. She is out in straight sets to Marketa Vondrousova by 5-7 6-7 (2-7).

She messed that one up then. 5-3 40-15 ahead in the first set,and 5-3 ahead in the second set. Her nerves and lack of confidence have cost her the match.

Ah well maybe next time Jo!

I've never heard of either of the finalists so this will be an interesting watch.

Incredible 12th French Open title for the 'God of Clay' Nadal beating Thiem in four sets.
It was never in doubt the moment the tournament opened really. Thiem played so well in the first 2 sets though, some amazing rallies in set 1. He'll get there! (When Rafa retires)
